Block your manager.Add their work email in Settings, and if they ever join, neither of you will see the other. Already here? Tap ‘Hide me’ on their card. They are not told.

You can leave completely.Deleting your account removes your profile, photos, matches and every message.

Unmatching is permanent.Delete a conversation and you both drop out of each other’s decks for good. No one is notified.

Photos are never public.Images are kept in a private bucket and served through short-lived signed links. A leaked URL does not expose your profile.
